Nocturnal Emission - Treatment and Curing

Nocturnal emission can occur mostly among men who are sexually inactive during their monthly periods or whenever their partner is not awake to control their sexual activity. Nocturnal emission or non-orgasmic night emissions can also accompany mostly by intense erotic dreams in which a man experience involuntary emission of semen even during sleep without any erotic dreams or voluntary ejaculation. It is generally caused by excessive secretion of the seminal fluid or its solid solution, weak muscle of the seminal vesicles or their spasm, overproduction of semen, abstinence from sexual intercourse for a longer period of time and weakness of reproductive organs. This condition has no serious medical condition and most of the times is associated with stress, poor diet, and physical weakness. Men who cannot control their sexual desires often find it very difficult to get rid of nocturnal emission. But certain simple steps taken at regular intervals can greatly help one get rid of this problem.

Nocturnal emission occurs normally when an individual starts having sexual desire for some woman or he starts having erotic thoughts. In most cases it does not start as early as when the individual begins to feel his sexual desire for a woman. It usually starts when an individual starts having multiple sexual desires or thoughts for the female gender. Over masturbation may also occur as a result of stress, anxiety and depression. In short, it can be easily avoided by stopping all types of masturbation and sexual excitement before sleeping.

The basic cause behind nocturnal emission is wet dream or fantasy. Wet dreams which can't be related to reality are called nocturnal emission. These dreams which seem to be so real to an individual while he is sleeping are known as nocturnal emission. Some of the common causes of wet dreams are drugs, alcohol and alcoholism, stress, depression and exhaustion.

Nocturnal emission, which is caused due to exhaustion is commonly known as last minute anxiety. It occurs mostly on the night after one has had a lot of sleep. It generally occurs when an individual wakes up in the middle of the night and finds himself suffering from insomnia. This is mainly because of fatigue and lack of sleep over the past few days. Most of the time it is temporary, but on the last post nap of the night it turns out to be of long duration.

Dhat syndrome is another major reason behind nocturnal emission treatment during the night. Dhat syndrome occurs when an individual undergoes a lot of mental stress or depression after a sudden change of environment. The stress or depression leads to nocturnal emission, which may lead to weakness at that particular point in the night. Weakness or exhaustion leads to complete loss of control over nocturnal emission. This can also be accompanied by lightheadedness, blurred vision and nausea. It has been found that most of the nocturnal emission occurs during the last three to four hours of sleep.

In case of chronic insomnia and nocturnal emission it has been found that excessive weakness is noticed during the early part of the day. One may also notice the urge for sex during this period. This is mainly caused due to the exhaustion and weakness which are noticed in most of the individuals who are suffering from chronic insomnia. When the person wakes up from this sleep, he faces problems like early ejaculation. There are many other symptoms that start emerging in patients who are suffering from frequent nocturnal emission.

Many remedies have been found to be very effective in curing such problems. But before the doctors prescribe any of the remedies, they try to find out the actual cause behind the weakness in the individual. In most of the cases, the weak sexual desire is caused due to psychological reasons. In case the weakness is caused due to some medicines taken by the individual or due to some psychological problems, then psychological treatment also provides temporary relief.

In most of the cases, ayurvedic treatment is followed which includes a regimen of pakistan herbal like shilajit, saffron, ghee and guggulu. These herbal medicines help to improve the immunity system of the body and improve sexual health of an individual. But if there is lack of the required herbal medicines in the body, then ayurvedic treatment is a perfect substitute which stops nocturnal emission and treats the related symptoms effectively.
